Methods and a new fixation screw used in the surgical treatment of acromioclavicular dislocations

Abstract

In this study 17 cases of acromioclavicular dislocation have been discussed. To three of them Neviaser operation, six of them primary Iigament repair, eight of them tendon transfer methods have been applied. As the fixation material, Kirschner wire applied to six cases and reverse malleoler screw applied to eleven cases. 88.2% successfull results has been obtained within the following up to period of average 12. 7 months. In two unsuccessfull cases main reason was considered as infection. In the treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation better results have been obtained by using method of tendon transfer.

Akromiyoklaviküler çıkık cerrahi tedavisinde kullanılan yöntemler ve yeni bir tesbit vidası

Öz

Bu çalışmada akut akromiyoklaviküler Çıkıklı 17 olgunun üçüne Neviaser ameliyatı, altısına primer bağ tamiri ve sekizine tendon transferi ameliyatı yapılmıştır. Tespit materyali olarak 6 olguya çapraz Kirschner çivisi, 11 olguya ters malleoler vida uygulanmıştır. Ortalama 12. 7 aylık takip döneminde %88.2 başarılı sonuç alınmıştır. Kötü olan 2 olguda temel nedenin enfeksiyon olduğu düşünülmüştür. Akromiyoklaviküler çıkık ve cerrahi tedavisinde tendon transferi ile daha iyi sonuçlar elde edilmiştir.
