Median nerve entrapment at the elbow after supracondylar humerus fracture; humeral oval radiological sign

Abstract

An 13 year old boy, with median nerve entrapment in bone after supracondylar fracture of the humerus is reported. An oval radiological sign, which is additional to Matev's sign was present. Under magnification, sural nerve graft was used for damaged and atrophic fasciculis in one procedure. After 8 months, the result was evaluated.
