Abstract

In a rare case of congenital fibular absence the contracture of the ankle was corrected by releasing of soft tissues at first step. During this operation Cincinnati approach was used. Later on, the ankle joint was stabilised by Gruca technique.

Abstract

Ender görülen bir konjenital fibula yokluğu olgusunda önce ayak bileğindeki kontraktür yumuşak dokuların gevşetilmesiyle düzeltildi. Bu operasyon esnasında Cincinnati insizyonu kullanıldı. Daha sonra Gruca tekniğiyle ayak bileği stabilizasyonu sağlandı.
