Abstract

From 1982 to 1987, 4 cases with giant cell tumour of bone surgically treated in our clinic are presented. Tumor localizations were at talus, distal radial edge, proximal humeral edge and distal femoral metaphysis respectively. Two cases treated with curettage, and grafting and the other two received local resection and grafting. The mean follow-up period was 42 months (12-84) at the end of there were no local relapses or lung metastasis.

Abstract

1982-1987 yılları arasında kliniğimizde dev hücreli kemik tümörü tanısı ile cerrahi olarak tedavi edilen 4 olgu sunulmaktadır. Olgularda tümör sırasıyla; talusta, radius distal uçta, humerus proksimal uçta ve femur distal metafizinde idi. İki olguya küretaj+greftleme, diğer iki olguya lokal rezeksiyon+greftleme operasyonu yapıldı. En kısa 12, en uzun 84, ortalama 42 aylık takip süresinin sonunda olguların hiçbirinde lokal tekrarlama veya akciğer metastazı saptanmadı.
