Immunological response to the knee joint trauma
Abstract
In our study, we looked for the answer of the complements, immunoglobulins in the synovial fluid of knee joint after traumas. In the joint fluid that was taken in the first 48 hour, there was an increase in the levels of IgG, 1gA, C3 and these high levels were decreased to normal in the passed time. We decided that, permeability disorders and delay in lymphatic drainage after trauma, shows paralellysm with histopatological changes and induces immunological answers.
