Abstract

33 lateral humeral condylar fractures in children have been surgically treated in Orthopaedics and Traumatology Department of Şişli Etfal Hospital between 1983-1992. Conservative and surgical treatment indications and methods of this fracture that may result in important compfications were reviewed.

Abstract

1983-1992 yılları arasında Sağlık Bakanlığı, Şişli Etfal Hastanesi Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Kliniği'nde 33 çocuk humerus dış kondil kırığı cerrahi olarak tedavi edilmiştir. Önemli komplikasyonlara yol açabilecek bu kırıkların konservatif ve cerrahi tedavi endikasyonları ve metodlarının genel bir değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır.
