Abstract

Scoring is essential in standardization of the follow-up parameters and evaluation of the results in patients with shoulder joint disease Objective evaluation and comparison of the results becomes unreliable due to different scoring system. Many scoring system were used, for evaluation of schoulder joint up to date. In this article we emphasized the differences among variious scoring systems (Rowe, Neer, Cofield, Constant and American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons).

Abstract

Omuz hastalıklarında hastaların klinik takibi, sonuçların değerilendirilmesinin standardizasyonu açısından skorlamanın önemi büyüktür. Farklı skorlamalara bağlı olarak sonuçların karşılaştırılabilmesi ve objektif değerlendirme güçleşmektedir Bugüne kadar omuz eklemi ile ilgili değerlendirmelerde değişik skorlamalar kullanılmıştır. Bizim bu yazımızdaki amacımız Rowe, Neer Cofield, Constant ve Amerikan Omuz ve Dirsek Cerrahisi Birliği yaptıkları skorlama tiplerinin farklarını belirlemek, sayıca fazla olan skorlama sistemlerinden hangisinin kullanılması gerektiğini ortaya koymaktadır.
