Abstract
Chondroblastomas are rare and benign lesions of bone. They occur at epiphyseal ends of long bones. 4 chondroblastoma cases were diagnosed and treated at the Orthopaedics and Traumatology Clinic of Health Ministry Şişli Etfal Hospital, between the years 1985-1992. While 3 cases showed typical localizations, one case specially interesed us with its unusual localization on the metacarp. With a review of the literature; we evaluated the clinical, radiologic features of the cases, their treatment and follow-up. We also discussed them from the vlew of differential diagnosis.

Abstract
Kondroblastomlar uzun kemiklerin efifizer uçlarında yerleşim gösteren, selim nitelikte ve nadir rastlanan primer bir kemik tümörüdür. Sağlık Bakanlığı Şişli Etfal Hastanesi Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Kliniği nde 1985-1992 tarihleri arasında 4 kondroblastom olgusu teşhis ve tedavi edilmiştir. Bu olguların 3 ü tipik lokalizasyon gösterirken, biri metakarpal yerleşimi ile ilginç bir özellik taşımaktadır. Bu olguların klinik, radyolojik ve histopatolojik özellikleri literatür ile birlikte kdeğerlendirilmiş ve ayırıcı tanı özellikleri üzerinde durulmuştur.
