Abstract

Microsurgery is used more and more in medicine in last years. Before clinical practice, microsurgical education is absolutely necessary. Experimental microvascular anastomosis which is a part of microsurgical edvantion, and standardization of the technique of microanastomasis should be done. While standarting the technique of microanastomosis, end to end and end in end anastomoses where done. Microanastomosis techniques and the results in both techniques were discussed.

Abstract

Mikrocerrahi yöntemin Tıp’ta kullanımı son yıllarda yaygınlaşmıştır. Klinik uygulamadan önce mutlaka mikrocerrahi eğitim gereklidir. Mikrocerrahi eğitiminin bir parçası da deneysel mikrovasküler anastomozlar yapılmasıdır. Mikroanostomozlar yapılırken tekniğin standardizasyonu yapılmalıdır. Bu çalışmada mikroanostomoz tekniği standardize edilirken end to end ve end in end anastomozlar yapılmıştır. Her iki yöntemle yapılan anastomozlardan elde edilen izlenimler ve mikroanastomoz yöntemleri tartışılmıştır.
