Abstract

In recent years, increasing number of new surgical techniques for shoulder joint has found field of application. However there is in general a lack in basic principles and knowledge of shoulder joint compared to the hip and knee joints. The aim here is to present knowledge on shoulder joint biomechanics with literature rewiev and emphasize the crucial points to be considered at shoulder joint surgery

Abstract

Son yıllarda omuz eklemi ile ilgili yenitam ve tedavi yöntemleri giderek artan bir biçimde uygulama alanına girmiş bulunmaktadır. Ancak kalça ve diz. eklemi ile karşılaştrıldığında omuz eklemi ile ilgili temel bilgilerin genelde eksik olduğu göze çarpmaktadır. Özellikle giderek artan bir biçimde kullanılan yeni tam yöntemleri (ultrasonografi, çift kontrast bilgisayarlı tomografi. Artroskopi manyetik rezonans görüntüleme) omuz ekleminin işleyişi hakkında yeni bilgileri de beraberinde getirmişlerdir. Bu yazıdan amaç omuz eklemi biomekaniği konusunda son literatürler Işığı altında bilgi vermek ve bu bilgiler doğrultusunda omuz cerrahisinde dikkat edilmesi gerekli noktaları vurgulamaktır.
