Abstract

The out standing Iesion of the sternoclavicular joint is ventral subluxation. it has to be thought the Friedreich syndrome, tuberculosis, Tietze syndrome in the differential diagnosis, even if they are seen rarely. We mentioned the clinical aspects of the above Iesions and compared the literature results. In this study, it is presented 21 sternoclavicular joint subluxations and Tietze syndrome that we treated between the years 1.4.1987 and 30.6.1993.

Abstract

Sternoclavicular eklem Iezyonlarının başında ventral subluksasyon gelir. Ender olarak da görülse tüberküIoz, Friedrich sendromu, Tietze sendromu da ayırıcı tanıda göz önünde tutulma1ıdır. Bu çalışmalarda yukarıda sayılan Iezyonların klinik görünümü dile getirilmiş, Iiteratür sonuçlan karşılaştırılmıştır. Bu çalışmada 1.04.1987 ve 30.06.1993 tarihleri arasında tedavi ettiğimiz 21 sternoclavikular eklem subluksasyon ve Tietse sendromu bildirilmiştir.
