Abstract
Dislocation and fractures of the carpal bones and within these the fracfure-dislocation of the radiocarpal joint is a very rare traumatic situation and mostly reported as case report in literature. The case reported here (65 years old male) had dorsal dislocation of the radiocarpal joint, radial dorsal in fracture and radial stiloid fracture because of exterior vehicle traffic accident. Closed reduction was performed and the wrist immobilized in plaster casting for 1,5 months, The patient was followed up to 54 months with nearly normal ROM of the joint and mild pain from time to time beign the only complaint.

Abstract
Karp kemiklerinin kırık ve çıkıkları, bunlar arasında bir radyokarpal eklemin kırıklı çıkığı son derece seyrek görülen yaralanmalar olup literatürde genellikle tek olgu olarak bildirilmektedirler. Burada sunulan (65 yaş erkek) araç dışı trafik kazasına bağlı olarak sağ radiokarpal eklemde dorsale çıkık, radius alt uç dorsal kenar kırığı ve radial stiloid kırığı mevcuttu. Kapalı redüksiyon yapılan olguya 1,5 ay süre ile alçılı tespit uygulandı. 54 ay sonra yapılan kontrolde hastanın eklem hareket genişliğinin normale yakın olduğu ve zaman zaman ağrı dışında yakınması olmadığı saptandı.
