Hand assesment charts in hand surgery

Abstract

Assesment and record keepingin hand surgery is essential. We have devised an evaluation record in an attempt to improve our examination and evaluation of patients in hand surgery. This assesment chart allows a more efficient and switt history and examination. In this paper a presentation is made of our method of evaluation of patient is to undergo reconstructive surgery of upper extremity.
