Femoral and acetabular anteversion values of children with dislocated hips in the group of aged between 1 and 6

Abstract

In our study, the measured avarage femoral and acetabular values of children with dislocated hips specificl aged between 1 and 6 have been established separately for each age group and evaluated together with the normal group which is formen by unilateral healthy sides. Established femoral group anteversion average value is 34.8° (0°, the Iowest-8lo, the highest), acetabular anteversion average value is 1l. LO (5°, the Iowest30°, the highest) wheraes the femoral anteversion average value in unilateral healthy side is 32.5° (2°, the 10west-63°, the highest) and acetabular anteversion is 15° (2°, the Iowest-25°, the highest). Althoung the unilateral healthy side is still discussable about being normal or not, it has been seen that there are not that many big differences and those values are very chongable. The result we arrived at is that, in the surgical treatment of dislocated hips, to apply a flexible treatment appoach by being aware of all the pathological data before the operation would be better instead of the traditional opproach. In addition to this, in the point of serial size the average anteversion values of the chıldren in our society with dislocated hips in the group of chndren aged between 1 and 6 and the change of the values according to the age have been established and the main avarage values have been determined for other examiners who will be interested in the topic.

1- 6 Yaş Kalça Çıkıklı Çocuklarda Femoral ve Asetabular Anteversiyon Değerleri

Öz

Çalışmamızda , özellikle 1-6 yaş arası kalça çıkıklı çocuklarda ölçtüğümüz femoral ve asetabular anteversiyon değerleri her yaş grubunda ayn ayn ortalama değerleri saptanarak, unilateral sağlam tarafların oluşturduğu normal grupla birlikte değerlendirildi. Femoral anteversiyon ortalama değeri 34.8° (en düşük 0°, en yüksek 8l0), asetabular anteversiyon ortalama değeri ise 1l. LO ( en düşük 5°, en yüksek 300) bulunurken, bu rakamlar unilateral sağlam tarafta femoral anteversiyon 32.5° (en düşük 2°, en yüksek 63°) asetabuler anteversiyon 15° en düşük 2°, en yüksek 25° bulundu. Unilateral sağlam tarafın normal olup olmadığı tartşmalı olmakla birlikte arada büyük farklılıkların olmadığı, ayrıca bu değerlerin çok değişken olduğu görüldü. Kalça çıkığının cerrahi tedavisinde standart yaklaşımlar yerine operasyon öncesi patolojilerin tümüyle bilinerek buna göre esnek tedavi yaklaşımlarının benimsenmesinin uygun olacağı sonucuna vanldı. Aynca seri büyüklüğü açısından toplumumuzda 1-6 yaş gruplannda kalça çıkıklı çocukların ortalama anteversiyon değerleri ve yaşa göre değişimi ortaya konularak, bundan sonra konuyla ilgilenecek araştıncılar için ortalama baz değerler belirIendi.
