Abstract

Larsen syndrome is a rare disorder characterized by congenital multiple joint dislocations, presence of extra ossification centers and flat facies. An autosomal dominant form and a more severe autosomal resesive form have been describet. A case of Larsen syndrome with very short stature showing autosomal resesive inheritence is presented.

Abstract

Larsen sendromu tipik yassı yüz şekli, eklemlerde doğuştan çıkıklık ve ekstra karpal kemiklerin varlığı ile karakterize nadir bir hastalıktır. Otosomal dominant ve daha ciddi klinik formu olan otosomal resesif tipi tamamIanmıştır. Bu yazıda çok kısa boylu, otosomal resesif geçişli olduğunu düşündüğümüz bir Larsen sendromu sunulacaktır.
