Abstract

In this study. 18 cases of tibial plateu fractures treated in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology at Vakıf Gureba Hospital between 1990-1993 were evaluated. 3 cases were female and 14 cases were male. The evaluation has been done according to Hohl classification that is, there were 1 case of Type I, 3 cases of Type III. 6 cases of Type IV, 2 cases of Type V, 6 cases of Type VI. Pain, stability, walking distance, total range of motion have been taken as the points of criteria. The average follow up 16 months and results of treatment were found to be satisfactory.

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Vakıf Gureba Hastanesi, Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Kliniği'nde 1990-1993 yılları arasında tedavi edilen 17 hastanın 18 plato tibia kırığı değerlendirildi. 14 olgu erkek, 3 olgu kadındı ve değerlendirme Hohl klasifikasyonuna göre yapıldı. l olgu Tip I, 3 olgu Tip III, 6 olgu Tip IV. 2 olgu Tip V, 6 olgu Tip VI olarak bulundu. Değerlendirmede ağrı stabilite, yürüme kapasitesi ve total eklem hareket açıklığı kriter olarak alındı. Ortalama takip suresi 16 ay olarak bulundu. Tedavi sonuçları tatmin edici olarak değerlendirildi.
