Abstract

The juvenile "Tillaux" fracture occurs in a specific age group and may be misinterpreted as a simple sprain if proper examination is not performed. It is an intraarticular injury, so that accurate reduction is essential to restore the articular surface. In this paper, a case of Tillaux fracture is presented and its surgical aspect is determined.

Abstract

Juvenil "Tillaux" kırığı belli bir yaş grubunda meydana gelir ve eğer dikkatle muayene edilmezse basit bir burkulma olarak yorumlanabilir. İntraartiküler bir travma olduğu için eklem yüzeyini restore etmek bakımından tam redüksiyon zorunludur. Bu makalede bir juvenil Tillaux kırığı olgusu sunulmuş ve cerrahi yönü belirtilmiştir.
