Abstract

Osteokondrom benign kemik tümörlerinin en sık görülenlerindendir. Çoğunlukla uzun kemiklerin metafizinde tek bir kitle olarak saptanır. Bu yazıda, trokanter minörden kaynaklanan bir Osteokondrom olgusunda osteokondrom zemininde gelişen kırık, bursa oluşumu ile buradan kaynaklanan villonodüler sinovitisin tedavisi ile 5 yıllık takip sonucu sunularak literatür gözden geçirilmiştir.

Abstract

Osteochondromas are the most common ones of the benign bone tumors. They are often seen on the metaphysis of a long bone as a single palpable mass. In this report villonodular synovitis which has occured after a fracture in an osteochondroma case developing from trochanter minor and besides bursa formation are presented also its therapy and 5 year follow-up period is discussed.
