Complete dislocation of the trapezium

Abstract

Complete dislocation of the trapezium is a very rare injury. Various treatment modalities have been suggested in the literature. In this study, we are presenting a complete dislocation of the trapezium treated by open reduction and Kirschner wire fixation.
