Kirner's deformity

Abstract

In 1927, Kirner described a bilateral condition affecting the little finger which was characterized by rather severe volar radial curving of the distal phalanx. Since then approximately 40 additional cases, have been described in the literature. The purpose of this paper is to call attention to the disorder, and describe surgically corrected second case in the literature.
