Grade III akromioklavikular seperasyonlu hastaların Neviaser tekniği ile cerrahi tedavisi

Öz

İstanbul GATA Haydarpaşa Eğitim Hastanesi Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Kliniği'ne l988-1995 yılları arasında müracat eden hastalardan 23 tanesinde Grade III akromioklavikular seperasyon teşhis edildi. Hastaların tümü Neviaser'in tanımladığı cerrahi teknik ile ameliyat edildi. Bu çalışmamızda bu tip hastalara Neviaser tekniğinin uygulanması ve sonuçları sunulmuştur. Ortalama takip süremiz 22 aydır. 21 hastada çok iyi (%91.4), 1 hastada iyi (%4.3), 1 hastada orta (%4.3) sonuç elde ettik. Hiçbir hastamızda kötü sonuç atmadık. Hiçbir hastamızda da redislokasyon veya subluksasyon olmadı.
