Arthroscopic repair principles of the recurrent anterior shoulder instabilities

Abstract

Arthroscopic stabilization of the recurrent anterior instabilities is having been used increasingly in the mean time. The recurrence rate is high, unless it is meticulously done. We reviewed the general arthroscopic repair techniques with our experience. Moreover, in the light of our experience we had by using biodegradable tacs, we presented the optimal arthroscopic repair principles.
