Abstract

Villous lipomatous proliferation of the synovial membrane (lipoma arborescens) is a very rare intraarticular lesion, which is usually found in the knee. This case report draws attention to the physical findings, radiographic features, macroscopic and microscopic appearance, of this rare lesion of the synovial lining of the knee.

Abstract

Sinovial membranın villöz lipomatöz proliferasyonu genellikle diz ekleminde görülen, subsinovial yağ dokusunun villöz proliferasyonu ile karekterize, intraartiküler bir lezyondur. Bu makalede literatürde nadir görülen bu lezyonun klinik, radyolojik, histolojik özellikleri ve tedavi yaklaşımı değerlendirilmiştir.
