A case of fracture through the pedunculated osteochondroma

Abstract

We report a case of fracture through the pedunculate of osteochondroma in a 16-year old male patient who was under follow-up with a diagnosis of osteochondroma for two years. The patient complained of severe pain and difficulty in walking. Surgical excision of the osteochondroma was performed. He had dramatic improvement in his complaints and walking.

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, 16 yaşındaki bir erkek hastada pedikül kırıklı bir osteokondrom sunuldu. Hasta osteokondrom tanısıyla iki yıldır izlenmekteydi. Şiddetli ağrı ve yürümede güçlük şikayetleriyle başvurduğunda cerrahi eksizyonla osteokondrom çıkarıldı. Hastanın şikayetlerinde ve yürümesinde hızlı iyileşme gözlendi.
