Abstract

İki taraflı unikameral kalkaneus kemik kisti oldukça nadir görülür. İki topuğunda ağrı şikayeti ile başvuran 16 yaşında bir kız çocuğunda konvansiyonel grafilerde ve bilgisayarlı tomografide iki taraflı unikameral kistik lezyon saptandı. Tedavide küretaj ve kemik grefonajı uygulandı. Ameliyat sonrası 38. ayda hastada hiçbir şikayet gözlenmedi, radyolojik olarak rekürens saptanmadı.
