Abstract

The results of 47 CDH (Congenital Dislocation of Hip) cases treated with Salter innominate osteotomy in the department of Orthopaedic surgery of Cerrahaşa Medical Faculty between 1970-1984 have been evaluated. ın this report, the technical failures and their results have been examined in detail.

Abstract

Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fakültesi Ortopedi ve Tramvatoloji Kliniğinde 1970-1984 yılları arasında tedavi görmüş 47 doğuştan kalça çıkığı olgusunda uygulanan Salter ameliyatının sonuçları değerlendirildi. Bu çalışmada, saptanan teknik hatalar ve bunların sonuçları detaylı olarak incelendi.
