Abstract

1972-1986 yılları arasında İstanbul Üniversitesi Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fakültesi Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Kliniğine müracaat eden radius alt uç lokalizasyonlu dört tümör olgusu araştırmamızın konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Radius alt uç selim karakterli ve düşük grade'li habis tümörlerinde total rezeksiyon ve fibula transplantasyonu ile uygulamada çok iyi sonuçlar alınabileceğini ve tedavide seçkin bir yöntem olduğu belirtilmiştir.

Abstract

The subject of our study is four cases of radius distal and localized tumors that applied to University of Istanbul Cerrahpaşa School of Medicine Orthopedics and Traumatology Clinic between 1972-1986. It has been reported that total resection and the use of fibular bone grapht could be of great value and method of choise in the treatment of radius distal end localized benign and low grade malign tumors.
