Late results of trochanteric fractures treated by Ender nailing

Abstract

The 41 patients with trochanteric fracture were treated by Ender nailing in the Faculty of Medicine of Istanbul, between 1975 and 1984, 27 of them were stabil and 14 anstabil. At the both of fracture types, we recommend Ender nailing for trochanteric fractures.

Abstract

İstanbul Üniversitesi İstanbul Tıp Fakültesi Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Ana Bilim Dalında, 1975-1984 Yılları arasında, 41 trokanterik kırıklı hasta Ender çiviler ile tedavi edilmiştir. Bunların 27'si stabil, 14'ü anstabil kırıktı. Her iki kırık tipinde de Ender çivilerinin tercih edilebilir bir metod olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.
