Abstract

In our clinical study, patients with congenital dislocation of the hip which operated on by two different surgical technics has been discussed. Patients were divided in two groups according to the surgical technics, group 1 preoperative skeletal traction and Salter osteotomy, group 2 femoral shortening-varus-deratation and Salter osteotomy. The main differences between the two groups, as a view-point of the clinical and radiological criterias have been mentioned.

Abstract

Araştırmamızda, doğuştan kalça çıkığı nedeniyle cerrahi tedavi gören hastalarda iki ayrı yöntemin karşılaştırılması yapılmıştır. Hastalarımız, preoperatif iskelet traksiyonu ve Salter osteotomisi yapılan 1. grup ile femoral kısaltma-varus-derotasyon ve Salter osteotomisi yapılan 2. grup olarak incelenmiştir. Klinik ve radyolojik değerlendirme kriterlerine göre sonuçların iki grup arasındaki farklılıkları bildirilmiştir.
