The Comparison of the methods of I.A. Glucocorticoid Enjection in sholdern penarthritis

Abstract

I.A. Glucocorticoid injections of joints is a widely used but also a speculated way of therapy. We treated two groups of patients with periarthritis of shoulder by using 2 different methods. 0,5 cc. Betamethasone (Be. acetate, bet. disodium phosphate) + 2 cc. Citanest % 2 is infected to the 1.st. group 3 times with intervals of 4 days, and 1 cc Betamethasone + 2 cc Citanest % 2 is injected to the 2 nd. group only once. Routin exercise programs are applied to both groups. Patients are reexamined at the 10 th. days and according to our parameters (pain and R.O.M. testing), both methods have given good results. Side effects that may relate to the drugs have not been recorded.

Omuz periartritinde İ.A. Glukokorticoid Enjeksiyonu yöntemlerinin karşılaştırılması

Abstract

İ.A. Glukorticoid enjeksiyonu oldukça yaygın olarak kullanılan ve spekülasyonlara da açık olan bir tedavi yöntemidir. Omuz periartriti tanısı konan hastalarımızda iki grupla iki ayn İ.A, enjeksiyon metodu uyguladık. I. Gruba 0,5 cc. Betametazon (Bet. asetat, bet. disodyum fosfat) + Citanest % 2, 4'er gün arayla ve 3 kez uygulanırken, 2. gruba l.cc. Betametazon + Citanest % 2 bir defa ve tek bir doz uygulandı. Her iki grup da aynı egzersiz programlarına alındılar. 10. gün sonunda yapılan muayenelerinde, ağrı ve EHA parametrelerine göre iki yönteminde yüz güldürücü sonuçlar verdiği, ilaca bağlı yan etkilerin ise görülmediği saptanmıştır.
