Abstract

Çalışmamızda Uludağ Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji kliniğinde 1983 Aralık ayı ile 1985 Mart ayı arasında 16 aylık süre içinde trokanterik kırıkları Ender çivileri ile tedavi edilmiş 31 yaşlı olgu incelenmiş, sonuçları ve komplikasyonları açisindan değerlendirilmiştir. İlk 3 aylık mortalite oranımız %9.7 olmuştur. Klinik değerlendirme kriterlerine göre hastalarımızın %64.5'unda iyi, %19.4'ünde memnuniyet verici, %6.4'ünde kötü sonuç elde edilmiştir.
