The pathological anatomy of bone and joint tuberculosis

Abstract

In this report of ours, an attempt has been made to describe the establishment of diagnosis in bone and joint tuberculosis, its pathogenic agents, the alterations its causes m the tissues, its sites of predilection as to the anatomical regions, as well as the microscopical, pathological and anatomical alterations that tuberculosis bacilli give ise to in the bone, synovium and joint cartilage. In addition, a further attempt has been made to indicate points and criteria that should be taken into consideration in respect of diffeerntial diagnosis that is to be established in such diseases as Lepsory.

Kemik ve eklem tüberkülozunun patolojik anatomisi

Abstract

Bu yazımızda kemik ve eklem tüberkülozunun tanımı, etkenleri, dokuda yaptığı değişimler, anatomik bölgelere göre yerleşim sıklığı ile tüberküloz basilinin kemikte, sinovyada ve eklem kıkırdağında yaptığı farklı mikroskopik patolojik anatomik deişiklikler anlatıldı. Ayrıca granülomatoz lezyonlar yapan Lepra, Brucellosis ve Sifiliz hastalıklarıyla yine benzer bulgular verebilen piyojenik osteomyelit, kronik osteomyelit, mantar enfeksiyonları, romatoid artrit, Gout Sarkoidoz ve ksantomatöz osteomyelitde yapılacak ayırıcı tanı yönünden dikkat edilecek noktalar ve kriterler belirtildi.
