Abstract

Bu yazıda kemik ve eklem tüberkülozunun özellikleri, hastalığın tipleri, anatomik bölgelere göre hastalığın görülme sıklığı anlatıldı. Ayrıca hastalığın en sık yerleşim bölgeleri olan omurga, kalça ve diz eklemlerindeki klinik belirtiler ile ayrıcı tanıda dikkat edilecek noktalar belirtildi.

Abstract

In this paper a description has been made of bone and joint tuberculosis, the types of the disease, and its incidence in respject of its anatomical localizations. Moreover, attempt have been made to indicate clinical symptoms in the spinal calumn, hip and knee joints, all of which are the most freguent localizations of the disease, as well as the points that should be considered in differantial diagnosis.
