Abstract
In osteoarticular tuberculosis, a rehabilitation program that should involve the whole body should be employed. The rehabilitation program that will be applied compliance with the stages of the disease will be different. Care should be taken to carry out a program which will be contributory to the improvement of the general condition and which will reliev the symptoms in the acute phase of the disease, and which will be directed to preserve the normal joint motions in those regions not included in immobilization. However in postoperative and chronic stage a rehabilitation program directed to relax the contractures and to increase joint mobility and muscle strenght. A program to be followed at home should be given and family training provided accordingly.

Abstract
Osteoartiküler tüberkülozda tüm vücudu içine alacak bir rehabilitasyon programi uygulanmalıdır. Hastalığın devrelerine göre uygulanacak rehabilitasyon programı farklı olacaktır. Hastalığın akut döneminde genel durumun düzelmesine yardımcı ve semptomları giderici ve tesbitin dışında kalan bölgelerde normal eklem hareketlerinin muhafazasına yönelik bir program uygulanır. Postoperatif ve kronik dönemde ise kontraktürlerin açılmasına, eklem mobilitesini ve kas gücünü arttırmaya yönelik bir rehabilitasyon programı yapılır. Ev programı verilmesi ve ailenin egitimi sağlanmalıdır.
