Poliomyelite bağlı dizin fleksiyon kontraktürlerinin tedavisi, erken ve geç komplikasyonlarının incelenmesi
Abstract
Bu arastırmada poliomyelite bağlı fleksion kontraktürü olan 212 vak'anın 240 dizinde yapılan kontraktür açma ameliyatları ve bunların geç sonuçları araştırılmıştır. Ameliyat sonrası görülen yüksek nüks oranının sebepleri üzerinde durulmuş ve diğer önemli bir komplikasyon olan tibianın posteriora subluksasyonunun sebepleri ve buna karşı alınacak tedbirler literatür ışığı altmda incelenmiştir.

Abstract
Operations for contracture release and their late conpequences in flexion contraclures due to poliomyelitis in 240 knee joints of 212 cases were studied. The reason for the the high rate of relapse seen after the operation has been amphasized. The reasons ad preventive measures, Wich could be taken against the posterior subluxation of the tibia, another importand complication of the operation have been analyzed under the light of literüre.
