Abstract

The distraction epephysiolisis is performed to the I and V. Metatarsus, the both ends of the fibula and the tibia and the apper and of the femur of the experimental material which is obtained by the disarticulation of the left lower extremity of a 13 year old male patient with osteogenic sarcoma the forces which cause epiphysiolisis at these sections, the effects of the Kirschner vires through the epiphysis on the articulation cartilage and the effects of the distraction on the epiiphysial plate have been studied by various methods.

Abstract

13 yaşında bir erkek hastanın osteojenik sarkom nedeni ile dezartiküle edilen sol alt eksiremitesinden elde edilen deney mataryelinde femur üst ucu, tibia üst ve alt ucu, fibula üst ve alt ucu, I. ve V. Metatarsta distraksiyon epifizyolizi oluşturuldu. Bu kesimlerde epifizyolizis meydana getiren kuvvetler, epifizlerden geçen Kirschner tellerinin eklem kıkırdağının zarar verip vermediği, distraksiyonun epifiz plağı üzerine etkileri çeşitli yöntemlerle araştırıldı.
