Abstract

Ununited fractures of the clavicle which were treated surgically in our clinic are reviewed in the respect o pain, range of motion and union. We obtained a low rate of success and concluded that surgery is indicated only in conditions of pain and thoracic outlet syndrome.

Abstract

Kliniğimizde cerrahi tedavi görmüş klavikula pseudaoartrozları ağrı, omuz fonksiyonları ve kaynama yönünden değerlendirildiğinde başarı oranının düşük olduğu, cerrahi endikasyonun ağrılı olgularla ve torasik outlet sendromuyla sınırlı olduğu görüldü.
