Gecikmiş kollum femoris kırığı (Bir olgu nedeni ile)

Abstract

25 yaşında bayan bir hasta femur boyun kırığı nedeni ile tedavi edildi. Hasta görüldüğünde kırık iki aylık idi. Hasta iki ay süre ileq kalça, belağrısı teşhisi ile tedavi edilmişti. Hasta bize geldikten iki gün sonra ameliyat edildi. Ameliyattaq açık redüksiyonXinternal fiksasyon ve otojen kemik grefti uygulandı. Ameliyat sonrası dönemde komplikasyon olmadı, halen hasta üç yıldır gözlemimiz altındadır.

Abstract

A 25 years old women with fracture of collum femoris was treated. When the patient was seen the fracture had occured 2 months ago. The patient had been treated for hiplimb and lumbalgie complaints by some other surgeons. She was operated 2 days later being examined me.
