Abstract
In this study of ours, attempts have been made to examine a case of a malignant giant cell tendon tumor in the quadriceps, who referred to the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology of the Istanbul Medical School of the University. Furthermore, mention has been of the diagnosis and treatment o this case, which is very rare due to the fact that it is malignant and localized in the quadriceps. In addition, as the story of the patient involved trauma. It is also noted under the light of literature that trauma might play a role in the pathogenesis of the disease.

Abstract
Bu çalışmada İstanbul Üniversitesi İstanbul Tıp Fakültesi Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Anabilim Dalına müracaat eden Kuadrisepste habis tendon dev hücreli tümörü olgusu incelendi. Kuadriseps lokalizasyonlu ve malign olması nedeniyle çok seyrek olan bu olgunun teşhis ve tedavisinden bahsedildi. Ayrıca olgunun hikayesinde travma olması nedeniyle literatür ışığı altında travmanın hastalığın patogenesinde rolü olabileceğine yer verildi.
