Abstract

In this study the importance of the biomechanic of the hip joint has been stressed. The different positions of the joint in the two phases of walking has been described. Then the physiological stress on the upper third of the femur and the stresses affecting the head of the femur have been discussed.

Abstract

Bu çalışmada kalça ekleminin biomekaniğinin önemi vurgulanmış ve yürümenin her iki fazında eklemin çeşitli poisyonları anlatılmıştır. Daha sonra femur üst ucundaki fizyolojik yüklenmelerin literatür ışığı altında tartışılması yapılmış ve femur başını etkileyen streslerden kısaca bahsedilmiştir.
