Congenital absance of ulna and humero;radial synostosis

Abstract

A case with ulnar aplasia, hand anomaly and elbow ankylosis has been reviewed as it is rarely seen. When the literature was revieved it was seen that there was no early reconstructive surgical intervention which would espacially satisfy a panicstricken family. There were no methods except early derotational osteotomy which would ensure the development of muscles.
