Abstract

13 delayed and non-union and 1 congenital pseudarthrosis treated by AO technique. All of them were union completely. 5 of the 14 cases have been treated by various operative technique. Analysis of our cases and literatur shows that if the AO technique is properiy used, union rate would be very high.

Abstract

AO tekniği ile tedavi edilmiş 13 gecikmiş kaynama ve psödartroz vakası ile 1 kongenital psödartroz vakası bildirilmiş ve hepsinde tam kaynama sağlanmıştır. Vakalarımızdan 5 tanesi daha Önceden çeşitli cerrahi yöntemlerle tedavi edilmişlerdir. Vakalarımızın analizi ve literatür inoelememiz AO tekniğinin kusursuz uygulandığı vakalarda başarı oranının çok yükseldiğini kanıtlamaktadır.
