Abstract

Serum IgG, IgM, IgA, were investigated in 20 patients with spondilarthritis ankilopoetica and 15 normal persons as a control group. Mean values of IgM and IgA were found to be elevated in patients group. The elevation of mean IgA concentration values was statistically significant.

Abstract

Araştırmamızda klinik, röntgen ve laborotuvar olarak aktif dönemde oldukları açıklık kazanan 20 spondilartrit olgusu ile 15 normal kişide İgA, İgG, İgM değerleri incelendi. Sonuç olarakq İgM ve İgA nın ortalama matematik değerlerinin normalin üzerinde oldukları istatistiksel değerlendirmede ise İgA nın değer artışının anlamlılık taşıdığı görüldü.
