Abstract

A very rarely encountered case of delta phalanx, is presented with is clinical and radiological features as well its result obtained from the surgical treatment. It is stressed that delta phalanx may give rise to various angulations in the digits yet, as is the case in our paper, o delta phalanx case, which leads to aralgus deformity in both thumbs was not encountered in the literature.

Abstract

Çok nadir görülen bir delta falanks olgusu klinik ve radyolojik özellikleri ve cerrahi tedavisinden alınan sonuç ile birlikte sunuldu. Delta falanksın parmaklarda çeşitli angulasyonlara yol açabile;ceği, ancak bizim olgumuzda olduğu gibi, her iki el başparmağında valgus deformitesine yol açan bir delta falanks olgusuna literatürde rastlanmadığı vurgulandı.
