Abstract

1971-1981 yılları arasında femur subtrokanterik kırığı nedeni ile cerrahi tedavi gören 49 olgu incelendi, en az 1 yıl izlenen bu olgu;lardan elde edilen sonuçlar sunuldu. Değişik kırık tiplerinde hangi tür osteosentez materyelinin kullanılması gerektiği, olgularımızdan elde edilen sonuçların ve literatür bilgisinin ışığı altında ortaya konmaya çalışıldı.

Abstract

Attempts have been made to review 49 cases which received surgical treatment due to subtrochanteric fracture of the femur during 1971-1981. Results obtained from cases which have been followed up for at least one year are presented. Attempts have been made to elucidate, which types of osteosynthesis material should be used in different kinds of fracture under the light of the results obtained from our cases and literature.
