Abstract

Fibrinojen-Trombin ve Faktör XIII den ibaret olan fibrin yapıştırıcı sistemden edinilen tecrübelerden bahsedildi. Bu fizyolojik fibrin yapıştırıcısının dokuya yapışma kabiliyeti iyi olup herhangi bir reaksiyon göstermez ve aynı zamanda eklemdeki küçük fragmentlerin fiksasyonunun (mesela kondral veya osteokondral kırıklar gibi) teknik yönden güç olduğu hallerde kolaylık gösterir. Neticeler çok iyidir.
