Abstract

Factors like sex incidence ond age of onset did not show any difference from the classical literature findings in our series of 102 ankylosing spondylitis cases. There was no significant relation between the degree of the sacroilitis with the duration of the disease. It has seen that people doing heavy manual labor had frequent lomber localisations of the disease.

Abstract

Ankilozan spondilitli 102 vakada yapılan incelemede cins oranı, başlangıç yaşı gibi faktörlerin klasik literatürden farklılık göstermediği, sakroiliak eklemlerdeki lezyonun derecesi ile hastalık süresi arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olmadığı, bedensel travmalara maruz kalan, ağır işlerde çalışanlarda lomber lokalizasyonların daha çok görüldüğü saptanmıştır.
