The ruprure of the cong head of biceps muscle and the treatment

Abstract

Four cases of rupture of the long tendon of the Biceps Brachii were presented. One of them was oparated after two weeks and the others were managed conservatively. The literature of this condition was reviewed and alternativ forms of treatment were discussed. It is our concluded that, the older patients and the old cases should be managed conservatively the others best treated with bicipital tenodesis.
