Abstract

42 Hemofili vakasında %26 oranında nemartroz ve artrit bulguları görülmüştür. Bu bulgular daha çok 10-12 yaşları arasında ortaya çıkmaktadır. En sık yakalanan eklem diz eklemi olup artrit bulguları Faktör VIII ile %0-2 arasında olduğu şiddetli vakalarda, tekrarlayan eklem içi kanamaları sonucu meydana gelmekte ve radyolojik olarak da en çok görülen bulgular sinovyada hemosiderin yığışımı olmaktadır.
