A simple external fixation system comprised of methyl metacrylate or polyester and its biomechanical features

Abstract

In this study, Polyesler resin was experimented for to obtain a simple external fixation system. It was found that, Polyester resin is secure and unexpensive material for making a simple external fixation system. The comparative biomechanical result between Methyl Methacrylate and Polyester resin were given.
